Silent Auction Helps North-South Partnership for Children

Dave Gillen of the WaterWalker canoe forum, HERE, reminds us that time is running out to participate in the silent auction he has organized to support Ontario’s North-South Partnership for Children.
Bidders interested in winning a one-year subscription to CanoeRoots magazine, a CanoeRoots hat, and a box of paddlers’ “goodies” worth $40 in total, have until 6:00 p.m. EST on Thursday to bid HERE.
Proceeds from the auction will help the North-South Partnership “improve the quality of life of children and youth in remote First Nation communities, by building a larger circle of caring for the children and their families.”
