Bill Mason Honored at the Canada Science and Technology Museum

A new exhibit at the Canada Science and Technology museum, in Ottawa, Ontario, celebrates a man we associate with the art of canoeing, rather than technology: canoeing legend, filmmaker and photographer Bill Mason.The display, “Bill Mason: Canadian Canoeing Legend”, includes many of the photographs, notes, cameras and reels Mason used to make his films. According to an article in the Ottawa Citizen, Curator Bryan Dewalt wanted to showcase the impact that technology can have on the creation of art and identity. Read the full article HERE.
